YNPN Twin Cities strives to be transparent about its budget and how funds will be used. In addition to covering operating expenses, the primary use of the funds are to invest back into professional development of young Twin Cities nonprofit professionals. This includes expanded professional development opportunities like funding more professional development opportunities like conferences and skill-building workshops, seed funding innovative projects, and continuing to sustain our capacity for current programming.
YNPN-TC runs on the passion of its members to learn, connect and grow. We are able to offer our free monthly programming thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and the partnerships of many other leaders and organizations. These high-quality, affordable, and accessible professional development opportunities are built on the relationships we have with nonprofit leaders and organizations like the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, MAP for Nonprofits, and Bush Foundation.
